Tried to pay my phone bill, they took my name down and say there was one other person before me. I came in at 710 3 other people where helped in the 45 mins I was there. I saw people who came after me get helped before me. This isn’t the first time I had a problem with this location. Pearl ridge location has the best service possible. Thank u pearl ridge for going in order of your login sheet.

The Slowest service in island. Helped other costumer that came in after we did. And all my wife and i wanted to do is to pay the bill. If i offended you Im sorry that you live in 21^st century.

Went in here the other day to consolidate my phone plan with my wife’s plan. The associate who helped us was nice; however, it seems they tried to get the best of us. She said in order to start a new plan we would need new SIM cards which are $ 20 each and then the best plan would be $ 100 a month. Well, I didn’t want to pay $ 20 for something I could buy online for $ 5. Luckily, I went on tmobiles website and got a tech to help me over the chat feature. I ended up getting the SIM cards for $ 0 and a better data plan for $ 80 a month. Either they were trying to rip us off or they were ignorant. Either way, go online to get help.

Beware! This T-​Mobile phone store will go to extraordinary lengths 2 not follow T-​Mobile procedures warranties and basic honesty. The store is a franchised store meaning it’s owned and operated by someone other than T-​Mobile. When we went in to exchange our Galaxy Note because it did not work by dropping calls and not accepting calls, they would not give us an exchange 4 a new phone that will work. The phone was checked by their technicians and confirmed that it was it defective phone. The manager claimed that the warranty period had expired. The warranty period is 2 weeks and we were out of the country for those 2 weeks., T-Mobile’s corporate customer service explained that the two weeks is for if you want to change phone styles not for phones that are clearly defective. they demanded that this store give us a new phone. But this store made every excuse not to do that. The best they offered us was to exchange a used phone for our new phone and have us pay $ 21 in tax! in the end we worked through T-Mobile’s customer service by phone to get a new phone sent in time for an upcoming trip we were taking. The management practices and the franchisee practices of the store give a creepy feeling you’re not being dealt with honestly. they claimed they didn’t have a new phone to exchange for us and yet at a T-​Mobile a few miles away they had plenty of that phone in Stock. Think sleazy car dealership only for phones and you’ll get a good idea of what you’re going to be dealing with at this T-​Mobile near Sam’s Club. Our advice? try the phone store at Don Quixote just up the road on Kam Highway.

Just left this store and Tiki was more than helpful. She can teach and older person new tricks. Great service Tiki! We will come back again and again!

I am more than satisfied with Candace. she was so helpful in explaining and decomposing T-​Mobile and rates for us. we are more than dissatisfied with Sprint and Candace helped us with deals, phones, service and EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

I went in one day to have my number changed due to strange calls and blocked calls late at night and Wanty helped me do that in 5 minutes and even had the fee waived. I was second in line as the store opened so I was helped right away which is nice!
When I call, customer service at this location is so friendly and helpful always!
I will be coming back to this location to order iPhone upgrade!

So I switched from Verizon «switch & ditch»
Well that was 6 months ago, T-​Mobile was supposed to pay my deactivation fees (that was the promotion) I AM IN COLLECTIONS NOW!
Furthermore I had an incident where my phone could not get service all of a sudden «searching» is all it would say, a girl fixed it and I thought she was bomb. Until 2 days later it did the same thing. She had been pressing in the sim release on my iPhone 6 and when I went back they told me I damaged it and would have to pay $ 275 for a new phone. Hell no to that !!!
Apple Store gave me a new one on my manufacturers warranty. T mobile crooks .

I usually go to the Pearlridge location when I go shopping but decided against it because this one was closer. I was surprised when I saw an associate named Candace there because she helped me a little while ago at the Pearlridge location! She’s very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable and although she was helping someone when I initially walked in I just had to wait for her to be done with her current customer. Candace is simply amazing and if you go here you should ask for her because you won’t be disappointed with her services! Thanks T-​Mobile for providing such excellent service whenever I come in!

I am giving this store one star due to my experience with one worker that was dishonest. If it weren’t for this experience I would rate them two.
In my negative experience a worker that helped me behaved suspiciously in telling me that customers are not allowed to see the monitor that they use to do searches for information that you are asking about. In this case I had asked about a special that I had seen online on T-Mobile’s website. He said that it was no longer available as he did not find it. Something wasn’t right so I did not take his word for it. So when I got home I checked T-Mobile’s website and found it easily. I was able to purchase the phone I wanted with the added bonus that this worker denied was available. Had I purchased it from this shop I would have lost out on the special promotion.
This store is pretty barren and what they do have is overpriced as can be found in many of these shops.
I was also able to buy accessories for a whole lot less on Amazon such as the case, cables and battery charger. Had I bought the case here I would have paid a lot more and that goes for the cables.
Their limitedness was also seen by me in the fact that they did not have phone models that I was looking for readily available so that I can check them out physically. They definitely need to have more variety but that may be inherent for these type of shops. But they definitely need to have more selections especially better priced ones.

The sales associate by the name of Wanty was SUPER helpful in getting me started with my new Galaxy 6. She went through with me about the phone, my plan, and other things like phone accessories and other etc.
Wanty was super kind & super friendly. She made me actually feel like I was actually talking to a long time friend rather than a sales associate working for tmobile. If you guys ever go there and end up having her to help u with things… you’ll be satisfied leaving the store.
I highly suggest you guys go to this T-​Mobile. Cool employees and great enviroment.

Came here to buy a new phone and switch carriers from at&t to tmobile. They have decent plans– though all the phone plans around seem similar. I bought the Samsung galaxy note 4 and chose the uncarrier plan. The people were so very helpful– KatLyn in particular. I was there for a while before deciding and talking to a worker– but everyone asked if I needed help or had any questions. I certainly didn’t feel ignored eventhough I went in saying «I’m just looking». I didn’t just look– but they made the buying process pain-​free and advised me on the plan that would best suit my needs. Glad to be coming here for all my future cellular needs. Happy customer :-)

Outstanding service at this store. I worked with Jessica to transfer all of my lines from Verizon to TMobile. The process was very painless. Jessica setup everything, and I walked out with everything fully functioning. Discount and rebate forms were explained and they followed up via email to make sure it was all going smoothly. Great job!

Had friendly and great service, they gave me many options and service plans. They told me to keep my old plan since it’s a better plan than the ones out right now. Upgraded my phone and they transferred the information in no time at all. Gave my nephew my old phone and took him off my plan. Wow from $ 175/​month to $ 100/month…I can deal with that savings! Plus unlimited calls, text and 4G data.

I avoid going to any tmobile store. It seems like they are always in a shopping center with bad parking, I much rather go to costco tmobile or just call on the phone, but today we had to go to the pearl city
location, again this store is above sams club one of the worst shopping centers, bad traffic in and out and horrible horrible tight squeeze parking, you get the drift mililani just as bad. Well anyway had to give five stars because the gal that serviced us her name is Tiki, was just so sweet and helpful and pregnant, but she was very friendly and professional, made me forget about the awful traffic and parking outside. From my observation, actually the other employees, were also very friendly and helpful, because there is a wait, I could observe other workers helping the customers. The only thing they should have more chairs, because you do have to wait awhile, they take your name and call you.

Been to this location several times — to make cash payments because of down online systems. to make changes to my account. to upgrade my phones. to add lines…
the wait time is always pretty quick & Oliver provides Awesome customer service!!!

Keith helped me with my upgrade. He made a great suggestion on a phone I hadn’t looked into yet and its awesome so far. I was feeling kind of dizzy and he brought a chair out of the back room so I could sit down. Five stars for Keith.
Only put four stars because there seems to be a wait of twenty minutes or so every time I go… but that’s an issue caused by upper management. Management gets three stars.
