Fun Zone Climb and Bounceria

Crappy customer service. We spent 25 min to come there just to figure out that they had a private party but had not updated their online scheduling tool. It was a big disappointment for kids.

If I could grade this place solely on the play aspect of it then I would grade it higher but since you can order food there from rotolos I have to take that into account as well.
So positives aspects. My son who is about to turn 2 loves this place. They have 4 bouncy pieces of equipment 2 of which have slides. They have recently put in new steps on one of the pieces which is good as it was getting worn and shows that they do maintenance. My older niece and nephew who are 11 and 9 also love this place. They have rock climbing here which is well supervised. We like this place so much that we are having my son’s 2^nd birthday party here. The staff are always very nice
Negatives. Really just the food which is disgusting. I went with my husband and we ordered chicken wings which were yuck. We figured that you probably shouldn’t order chicken wings in a pizza place. The next time there were more of us. We ordered a pepperoni pizza which took over and hour to arrive. It was really truly horrible. The base seemed greasy and like the end of a pan of bolognase or something. I went with my son and decided to split a chicken pasta alfredo with him figuring that you can’t go far wrong with that. He spent most of the time spitting it out and I didn’t blame him. Sloppy pasta, strange taste and I spat out the garlic bread because it was intensely greasy.
In summary this place is awesome for play but eat before or after.
