Kevin knows real estate, the market and what to look for in both the purchase and sale of a home. His guidance and knowledge helped make the sale of our home a pleasant experience. We sold the home in the time frame we wanted and received a price that we were satisfied with.

When my husband and I started thinking it was time for us to move out of NYC we started browsing houses online. DH was reluctant for me to click the ‘have a realtor contact you’ button but in the end he is happy I did! He was contacted the next morning by Kevin with whom we set up an appointment to start looking that weekend.
That weekend we were promptly met by Kevin and given a little binder containing information about houses we were going to see. We saw a few and actually saw a house that we fell in love with that day. Of course not wanting to be naïve we continued to have Kevin show us other homes in the next few following weekends but we always asked to be taken back to the house we loved on the first day which he always happily obliged to do.
Finally after a few more showings and Kevin providing us with all the information we either requested or that he thought was helpful we bid on ‘the’ house and with Kevin’s wonderful guidance had our offer accepted.
His job didn’t stop there — he was in contact continually throughout the process from contracts, mortgage obtaining, to closing, and etc. He was always there with a quick answer to our phone calls or e-​mails and with any follow-​up. Kevin definitely made the process a pleasant one for us and went above and beyond our expectations or anything we experienced in the past.
