I love this place. Me and my family have been going here for years. By far the best deli around! Great hot and cold sandwiches, perfect for lunch time! Friendly staff and fast service :)

This place is so great!!! I went to an event catered by them and the food was fantastic. A friend of mine has been ordering from them for parties for years and every time the food is just delicious. Great cutlets and salads! Will definitely be using them for an upcoming party of mine.

I just spoke with Michelle the owner of this establishment to request that they chop my salad. They advised that they are way too busy to stop and chop a pre made salad and that when in the past they were asked to chop a salad, folks complained that the salad was too small. I was asking to be accommodated but they clearly were not having it. The reason why you are busy is because people like me come there. We are called customers! The customer experience here is completely lacking– my review ‘0’ stars!

They have every facet needed to be a successful deli. However they fail in 2 key aspects:
1) The service is terrible. The workers all stand at the far end of the deli away from the cash register. So if you come in and need to pick up an order or just need to pay for a coffee you will be rudely ignored until you go track someone down in the back. Sometimes they look right at you and don’t care to ask if you need help. Paying for your order is the longest aspect of coming here which makes zero sense.
2) They roll their sandwiches. One of the strangest things I’ve ever experienced. Instead of stacking the cold cuts on one half of the sandwich, they lay them across both sides so when they close up the sandwich you get a ball of meat in the middle with an outside layer of cheese. This ends up causing you to get full bites of just meat or just cheese. They must train staff to prepare sandwiches this way too because it’s always the same. Sandwich integrity is very important and they clearly don’t understand that.

Great deli. We always stop here when visiting family in Pearl River. Great meatballs, bread, chicken cutlets, and mini pot pies! All good stuff we can’t really get in Maryland.

I have used Luigi O’Grady’s numerous times for catering events. I had them cater my daughter’s graduation party this past weekend and as usual everything was to perfection. Michelle and Jeanette are great to work with and extremely helpful on helping which dishes work well together. They were so accommodating with changing things and dealing with my numerous phone calls. I had approximately 60 people and ordered the following food items: Stuffed mushrooms, mozzarella and tomato on skewers, melon wrapped with prosciutto. For dinner: Eggplant rollatine, penne vodka, cavatelli with broccoli, potato croquettes, pepper steak, chicken milanese, grilled vegetables and salad. I also had homemade brownies, chocolate chip cookies and a fruit platter. Everything was delicious! I got the premium package so I was able to get two waitresses who were both extremely professional and friendly. My kitchen was left spotless! I highly recommend this place for any type of party. Their menu is huge and everything is extremely delicious and big portions. Thanks again!

Last week I had ordered 55 chocolate & vanilla cupcakes for a family gathering. When I saw them yesterday at the party I was beyond thrilled! Each one was beautifully decorated with butter cream flowers… and they tasted a great as they looked! They were a hit :)

Hey Charlie here. I really like this place. I think I am addicted lol. Just got SOBO and HOBO this morning. Their food is VERY good, prices are fair and service is good as well. They have quite an extensive menu and they support local schools like Franklin Avenue Elementary.
I usually phone in my order and then pick it up. Today I texted in my order for the first time and as usual the food was ready when I got there. Never a hiccup. I absolutely hate it when they get your order wrong, or charge you the wrong prices which some other places do. But not at Luigi O Grady. Just good olé consistency across the board.

I remember the days when they were in their old location (a few stores down closer to the bowling alley) where the line was out the door if you didn’t call ahead to place your order for lunch. Now you can wait inside the comfort of their new bigger place next to the coolers.
The food hasn’t change over the years, overstuffed sandwiches at an affordable price. I always go for the #5 (chicken cutlet, bacon — can never go wrong with it, lettuces, tomato, and mayo) with a side of chili ;)

After starting work in this town, I had to check out a few local places for delicious lunches. Luigi O’Grady’s deli was one of the first places I tried, and I can’t get past it. They put together some awesome sandwiches and I am slowly (read: quickly) making my way through the entire menu. I’ve been recommended other lunch hot-​spots in the area but Luigi’s stole my heart early. Love it, need it.

The food there is awesome and the bakery Sugar Shaynes is amazing!

This is my favorite place to get a sandwich. Fast service, great food. I’ve never gotten anything I’ve been disappointed with and they have so many options!

Is it Irish food? Is it Italian food? Who cares because everything is great. Great sandwiches and hot lunches. THE place to go if you are in the area and want a quick, good meal.

Ordered a sandwich I’ve loved since my teenage years. Pepperoni and Provalone, Lettuce and Tomato, Mustard, and sopping wet with Oil and Vinegar.

Great sandwich’s and breakfast Rolls. A great deli with major service issue’s. lots of People taking orders and one cooking and a manger walking around with a pen behind his ear doing nothing 2. You have to walk to back to get your order taken and then jog back to front to pay for the time you get your food you can eat a slice from next door and have a cup of Coffee from D Donuts.3.Half the store taken up with half full coolers. Tip for owner open up the back kitchen and leave all you staff hands on with making the food after they take the orders for faster service …

Deli offers fresh bread and meats. They offer lunch combo special with any sandwich (½ hero) plus a soup for 5.95. Great buy. Prices are reasonable for sanwiches. A wide variety of deli meat Boar’s head offering.

Awesome deli with good food, as well as Irish and Italian specialty items. Great sandwiches, especially any breakfast sandwich with Irish sausage. Everyone behind the counter is very friendly.
