I agree with the other postings here –Avoid these people at all costs. The owner is a dishonest dealer who knowingly over-​charges for most items and hides others that he later resells online. They’re rude and arrogant while conducting the sale, and make the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I’ve been to 3 of their sales — 2 on purpose, 1 accidentally (didn’t know they were running it and I would have skipped it I did). Each time has been a poor, poor experience. I have not been back in over a year and suggest you keep driving if you see they’re running the sale.

From my perspective as a buyer I was extremely disappointed this weekend.
They had two sales listed in the paper. The first supplied an address that Google Maps found but was not correct. The sale was on Chestnut Ridge Road but there were NO SIGNS at major intersections. What kind of horrible marketing decision is that? We never made it to that sale; even after driving up and down parts of Chestnut Ridge Rd. We even used our Smart Phones to check out their Website for clues. Their website stated «No estate sales this week»; another genius marketing strategy. I hope those who hired the company know that their sale did not really count. Oh well… on to the next RZM sale we decided.
The next one was called an «Estate Sale» but really it was a garage sale. A really pathetic garage sale and I felt totally tricked. Not only that, their signs were lacking and pointing the wrong way AND hand written. I guess they did not know they can order signs from Staples at a very low price.
I’ll skip these sales in the future AND discourage anyone from using this company to run their estate sale.
