Miskelly Furniture

I purchased several pieces of furniture during a 5-​years-​no-​interest sale. I knew just what I wanted and found it all! My issues are the adjustable bed height took months to resolve… first the legs were too high, then delivery came to replace with lower legs and put no legs on the frame. That eventually was resolved. Then it seems they won’t attach the frame to my headboard… and before I purchased the bed a big issue was it had to work with my low profile headboard. Well… it sort of does… but the headboard is wedged in place against the wall by the bed frame… not attached! I already had miskellys financing which was through Wells Fargo… I will never again deal with Wells Fargo… but Miskellys accounting dept. helped me resolve the issue I was having… thanks! The Flexsteel recliner took over 5 months to arrive… but it is a dream! Yes… I would buy from Miskellys again… I know now some issues just have to be kept on top of.

I have purchased furniture many times from Miskelly in the last 20 years but never had the misfortune of having to return a piece of defective furniture until now. Make sure you read fine print on back of receipt. Poor customer service!

Do NOT ever Buy their Extended Warranty! I have a 2 year old couch that sags & you feel the springs! We were completely lied to and mislead this extended warranty would cover all this. Horribly poor quality furniture! So disappointed :(and I called and they do not care!

I get all my furniture here and have never had a bad experience. Today my wife and I came looking for a new mattress and were greeted at the door. Our sales person, Cliff, was very courteous and helped us find exactly what we needed.

Selection is great service is horrible. If you want a Walmart like experience this is your place. Started here and couldn’t get help so went next door and 20 min and 8200 later i left happy and feeling like i was appreciated!

The furniture store of ALL furniture stores right in the middle of Pearl, MS! Who would have thought!!! Ahhhh… to only dream of having a Miskelly Furniture store here in Orlando!
This place is HUGE. HUGE, I tell ya! I could literally wander around in here for hours and hours (and I have on several occasions).
The sales staff is wonderful. Always welcoming when you enter the door; but, never pushy. They offer assistance and will point you in the right direction if you’re looking for something specific. But they are more than happy to hand you their business card and allow you to explore. It’s nice not to have a salesperson following me around for a change!
There’s something for everyone here. They have furniture at very affordable prices and then they have the oh so expensive pieces. They have quite the collection of Thomasville … *drool*! :)
They have a wonderful play area for the kiddies and even have an actual carousel right inside the store! Beautiful!
I also love all the décor they have to offer for the home: Lamps, pillows, etc. etc. etc. I could decorate my entire home from this store alone.
Even if you aren’t in the market to make a purchase of any kind, this is still a store you simply must see. Make sure to take the kids because they’ll love it as well; how often can you say that about a furniture store!!!
