Moving can often be a stressful experience, but my experience moving into my storage unit & renting my U-​Haul was hassle-​free and stress-​free. Really nice and somewhat helpful staff. I spoke with them over the phone and got a hitch ordered for my CR-​V. We scheduled a time, and I was told that installation would take two possibly three hours. I said this was fine, but they insisted that I should drip the car off and come back to pick it up. I’m generally fine with waiting, so I attempted to wait while they installed the hitch. By hour two, it was evident that the installation would take much longer. I walked to the local KFC and upon coming back, they hardly made any progress at all. The kind lady offered me a bottle of water while I waited, but that’s not what I want! I just wanted to be out in a reasonable amount of time. I got here at 10:30, it is now 3:49, and they’re still installing one of the hitch components (transmission cooler). I hope this doesn’t last longer. I’d give them one star, but they really are nice, albeit slow at their job, people.
UPDATE: They finally finished my hitch install at 6:00 pm. That means I spent 7.5 hours at the U-​Haul place. Really??? Sorry U-​Haul. You get two-​stars, even if you gave me a discount and are nice people.
