The best agent (s) when they are trying to get your business. Candace was my rep and she was very sweet to help me switch providers for both home and auto insurance. However, as soon as the payments went through, poof, disappears. Their phone number is ALWAYS busy or its after hours voicemail. I emailed my rep many times and tried to all their main number to try to get proof of my auto insurance, no answer. After about 2 months of waiting, I finally called the 1−800-Allstate number and got my proof of insurance within 5 minutes.
I would be very concerned if this agency wasn’t back-up’ed by a national organization like AllState. I will not do business with this local team.
