This agent is ABSOLUTELY the worst agent customer service I ever went to! I went to talk about my bill and all that agent did was actually cancel my policy and I had to pay more when I went to the office… He is never there when I needed to talk to him. When I sent him an email about my bill and policy, he never replied back, never called me back on my phone and he’s never there in the office. He has his own website that says that he will be there for you but he is never there for you so don’t trust that website.
