The repair was done properly and correctly for a reasonable price. However, there are some questionable practices that appear they cannot be trusted with your jewelry. 1) The claim receipt has no information on it. No business name, no address, no phone number to call. So if you stick this in your wallet and cannot remember what it was for, your screwed. 2) I was a week late in picking up my merchandise. I never got a phone call saying the repair was ready. 3) the only information on the claim receipt says they are not repsonsible for your merchandise after 60 days.
