Tee boxes are some of the worst around. Try not to roll your ankle while teeing off. Many undulating bumps on tee boxes makes it hard to find level ground. Bunkers contain dirt and aggregate. Don’t let anyone stand in front of you while your playing out of a «bunker» because you might spray shrapnel/aggregate pebbles and cause casualties. Greens are very hard and nearly impossible to read. Shots have to land almost straight up and down vertical for much of a chance to get it to stay on the«green.» Fairways are very bumpy. I would suggest you take a helmet if you plan on crossing at full speed in your golf cart. A Jeep or Hummer would be better suited. I’m a single digit handicapper and found it nearly impossible to get off many good shots simply due to poor course conditions. It would be nice if they hired an agronomist. Current staff isn’t doing a good job on greens keeping. My advice to the management would be to stop taking the profits for yourself and reinvest some money into proper course maintenance. REAL sand in the bunkers. REAL grass on the greens. FLAT tee boxes and SMOOTH fairways and greens are essential to making an enjoyable round. I figured that your definitely making enough $$$ if you’re charging $ 2.00 for a can of soda. I got a free coupon for a meal and drink when I booked my round on line. They tried to «nickel and dime» me over putting a slice of cheese on my burger. So when I went to pay for the slice of cheese with my credit card, I was then informed that there was a $ 5.00 minimum. Boo. Bad form indeed. I feel bad for the lady I reamed in the snack shop. Very sorry ma’am. I would not believe any good reviews about this course if you see any.
