Consistently slow. They also repeatedly give you time estimates that have no ability or intention of upholding. Upon dropping off my prescription, I was told it would take 30 minutes. I went to lunch and came back to be told that it would take 15 minutes. After leaving again and returning an hour later, I was told that it would be 15 minutes.

This is the most worthless pharmacy I have ever been to. They lost my prescription, found it, took ANOTHER hour to fill it and then argued with me. WORTHLESS…

Went to the Minute Clinic and the NP was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not even look at me when I walked in and then lectured me instead of examining me. After she finally examined me and determined that I was in fact sick, she wrote a scrip and I asked to have it filled at the Walgreens down the road because I did not want to wait there any longer. When I finally got the prescription, I realized that it was only written for half of what she had told me in the appointment. I called Walgreens and they immediately said that they would call her and rectify the situation for me, but that they could do nothing until they called her and had her fix the scrip. However, an hour later and I am still waiting to hear back.

The absolute worst CVS I have ever dealt with. Staff is rude and unknowledgeable. Prescriptions never filled when they say they will be. They always claim to be out of the particular medicine. I have refilled prescriptions via the CVS app, received an email saying it has been filled and is ready for pickup; drive to the pharmacy and been told they no nothing about it. Worthless, they don’t deserve even 1 star. I have been a CVS customer for many years but after dealing with this pharmacy I have taken my business elsewhere.

I just moved here and started using this CVS for all of my meds(which are many) because it is right sown the street form my house. I have probably refilled 10 Rx’s in the last 6 months and EVERY time I have had a problem. Most of the time I will get an email saying my Rx is ready and then when i show up and wait in line only to find out my Rx is not ready. This happens all of the time! One time i needed a Rx filled right away around 11 pm for my daughter. Instead of helping me out they told me it would not be ready for an hour and they would text me when it was ready. I went home, waited an hour, never received a text. The next morning I received a text it was ready and when I went to get it they did not have it ready. It is really a comedy of inefficiency. Recently they refilled my Rx but filled it under a doctor at their minute clinic instead of my shrink This got me into hot water because my shrink accused me of going to another doc for my meds. Seriously?! Just yesterday I went to get an Rx and when I finally got to the drive through window the woman said she did not have any insurance info for me. I had to give her my insurance info and drive back around in line so she could re-enter the order and bill my insurance. Does not sound like a big deal but my time is valuable and it should not take 45 minutes for me to pick up an Rx To top it all off the staff are all extremely rude and project an «uncaring» attitude. Attitude comes from the top down. Management either tolerates, or encourages this behavior. I am done and will drive much further to Walgreens. On a positive note their minute clinic is very good. The wait times are relatively short and the practitioners are friendly.

I called yesterday to check on the status of my prescription. The automated system said the prescription was filled and ready for pick up. I stop by today and the prescription is not filled. The order isn’t even submitted! The tech said she would fill it and I had to ask her how long it would be. She told me 10 minutes. I know from past experience that 10 minutes is more like 30 minutes. I did not have the time, energy, or patience to wait. I think it’s time for me to find another CVS location that can actually do their job right. I have lost faith in this pharmacy.

Avoid this pharmacy at all possible cost. Terrible customer service, long lines, and consistently misplacing prescriptions/not filling them at all.

How can you not have a prescription filled when you got it the day before? Then I guess when I’m first in line and angry customer takes president, because has melting ice cream in the car and it hasn’t been completed in the last two hours? Should I also scream? Now if the store has staffing problems, and you can’t fill a prescription on a Friday, please don’t ask me to take it elsewhere when it was an electronic submittal.

Good little pharmacy for your everyday needs. I’m glad they fixed the stump in the parking lot that always got ran over. Its open 24 hours so feel free to drop in 3am for a Gatorade to prevent those morning hangovers.
