Firestone Complete Auto Care

Terrible customer service combined with Rude employees. They take an unnecessarily long amount of time to perform the simplist of tasks. I.E. oil change and alignment. They took 5 days to fix my struts, and when I got there to pick up my car they only had two other cars in the shop. I had to rent a car for 5 days. Expensive. The worst part? Had my struts replaced almost two months ago here. It to end out I needed my strut MOUNTS replaced as well, and they said nothing. The fact that they needed replacing completely ruined my new tires in a matter of less than 2 months. So I’m back, buying different expensive parts and four new tires, No warranty. As a result of this extreme headache, I’m looking for a new mechanic.

Slow and overpriced.
I can change brakes myself, but I can’t turn the rotors, balance the tires, adjust the alignment, or do the state inspection, so I figured I’d come by and get it all taken care of.
Arrived for my 8 AM appointment on time. It’s 12:45 and they are just now finishing.

This location is the best. The one 5 miles down the road was very rude. This location is awesome and just fair and honest.

Yep, like a lot of other people I will never go back to this place. To be brief, they tried to pad the bill with everything possible. Yes, I have an old car and a lot of stuff probably should be replaced but I just want whats broken right now to be fixed. As an example, one hose was split open and would need to be replaced, but that doesn’t mean I need to replace All hose and All belts to the tune of $ 100s of extra expense.
I did notice a few good review with this company and it always involved a high-​end car like a BMW or the customer was a young pretty girl. HUMMM… I see a trend there.

I I have been here several times andW the service is usually good. The last two times it wasn’t the best so I have to write a review.
I brought my car in for an oil change and I asked for a tire rotation and the service person told me that it would be $ 24 but there was a sign on the door that said $ 9.99 special. He stated that would take a little bit longer but It did include the tire rotation so I accept it.
I was not called when my car was finished because it wasn’t finished. It was complete the next day when I came over at 7am (when it opens) and the tires were still off my car

Gave it 3 stars because 1 of the managers was polite. Had a 7am appt. Let at 2pm.. For some reason even with all the deals i was cut i still feel ripped off. Lol

I have used this location twice so far. Once for a new battery and once for a total brake job on my Mercedes C230. During both experiences, I received fast, courteous, and competent service by friendly technicians. I can’t be more satisfied!

I came in on a Sunday morning for an alignment and new tire. I spent $ 200 and was out the door 45 minutes later. This is my 3^rd visit — so far — very consistent.

Terrible experience!
2 hours 20 minutes and nothing done on my van!
The excuses were horrible and the service was even worse.

I’ve passed this place many times before actually taking my car here from some AC service. I made and appointment online for 7AM on a Saturday morning. Arrived at 6:50am, thinking that its always best to beat the crowd… to my surprise the place was PACKED! Because I had a reservation, I waited in the longest line ever, just to be told that they were working on a first come first served basis, because of the crowd. Needless to say I was livid and will never come back here again.
After leaving here, I headed over to Sterling McCall Nissan and was in and out within an hour. Thumbs down Firestone of Pearland!

I brought my car to this location because it is closest to my house before going on vacation. I should have brought it to the Galleria location like I normally do. I called an hour before showing up and apparently one of the techs answered the phone because he took my name and number, told me to be there an hour later, and when I got there, the man behind the counter told me it was going to be another 2 ½ hours. He said he didn’t know who answered the phone and that they don’t take same-​day appointments. I had so much to do that day and ended up wasting another 1 ½ hours.
They also broke one of my center caps when taking it off to balance my tires. The man who brought it in just set it next to me and was very cavalier about it being broken, saying it was broken before he took it off (then why didn’t it fall off sooner?) and that it broke even more when he finally got it off. I didn’t believe any of this because I have almost 150k miles on the car and never had a problem with them before.
I’ll never go back to this location. The guys at the Galleria location always take care of me, and I’ll go back there from now on even if it is an inconvenience.

This location has only been open about a year or so, and I have been using them ever since. It is so hard to find an auto repair place that doesn’t cause you to be suspicious or wary, especially as a female, but this place puts professionalism as Priority One.
Every time I go there, they are so friendly and helpful — taking the time to explain to me everything that is going on, and showing me as well. They have never pushed me to do work that wasn’t needed, and they have even dug in drawers for coupons I could use. They aren’t the cheapest around, but they’re also not the most expensive — and their professionalism and level of service make them worth every penny. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
