Absolute worst cleaners ever. I have never written a review as I understand the«struggles» of being a business owner. But to be completely incompetent at your job is another story. I brought in a $ 300BCBG dress to be cleaned for a ball this weekend. I had been told by previous cleaners that they could not do it because the black would bleed onto the White. Understandable. That would have been the professional and RESPONSIBLE answer. Instead, this is what I got from Gap employee: suuuure, yes, absolutely we can do it! Tuh, bullish*t! I should’ve known to run for the hills at that point but I was elated that I had found someone to do it. Upon picking my gown up I see that the white is now a funky gray AND a hook is now missing. Of course I had to find these issue on my own because God forbid they be upfront and tell me what went wrong. So I get the«you signed a waiver» routine which is fine if you do the job properly. I wasn’t so upset about the hook, things happen. But to ruin a dress because your employee doesn’t know cleaning from her assh*le is beyond my comprehension. Anywho, all this to say… if you have something worth having, steer clear of this place. I was told that they also own Oxford cleaners as well.

I have a problem with the price gouging. I have been a client at this location since before Gap Cleaners took over the location I purchased the cleaning bag to receive the discount on cleaning business shirts, and have been getting my shirts cleaned for $ 1.29 each. Today without notice they increased the price to $ 1.59. When I questioned it I was told, «that is the price» I asked for the managers phone number and the lady said it was her. Poor rude service. I will be finding another place to take my business.

The owners son, who manages the business, met with me in person and gave me exactly what I thought was fair. They have saved my business, and the son has a bright future in management seeing as he knows how to take care of customers
