If I could give negative stars, I would! This HAD to be the installation from hell. Although I wasn’t able to delay my payment for my carpet, I have dealt with nothing but excuses about my install . The 1st delay was because all of the rain we’d had and all the installs were behind. I’ll let you make it on that, so I was rescheduled for 10AM the following Saturday. Got a call at 8:30 Saturday morning saying that rather than 10AM, my install is now at 2PM. After FINALLY arriving at 3:15, we discover that there’s NOTENOUGHCARPET!!! How does that happen??? You are a carpet company — how do you measure incorrectly? You work till 7:30 Saturday, but have to come back Sunday to finish. NOT finish the install with the missing carpet, but finish with what you have. I had to call the installation manager on Monday to find out when they could finish the install . Seems to me, Jack, if you screwed up and you KNOW you screwed up, YOU’D be calling ME! Another Saturday install scheduled. Well, Jack, don’t hear from anybody Friday evening to give me a time for Saturday. WHEN I CALLED Saturday afternoon, Jack’s Install manager tells me «they’ll call you by 2». ANOTHER Saturday you tie up, no sir! Installer gets around to call me and asks if he can come at 6PM? Hell, no you can’t come at 6! Can he come tomorrow at 10:30? Sure. Installer calls at 12:40. «I can be there at 3». Whatever! By the way, Jack, if your Quality Assurance call person doesn’t give a damn about the customer’s REAL experience, don’t bother making the call! STILL waiting on a «sorry for your inconvenience«. Nothing. NOT A PEEP. Guess what, Jack, you don’t know JACK about customer service !!!

This company cancelled my floor installation the day before the service was scheduled. They did not make any attempt to make other arrangements or locate replacement installers. I specifically asked the sales representative if they would be able to install on a specific date due to my schedule. He assured me that they would. I understand that emergencies happen, but this company has no regard for the paying customer. Which by the way they have already cashed my check. The salesman even told me that«customers cancel on them and they have to reschedule as well» Really! is this your best attempt at excellent customer service!!! I am hopeful that their workmanship was worth the hassle!

I ordered carpet from this place on Aug.24,2012. I received no carpet and no refund. I reported to BBB company did not respond. Comsumer Advocate Amy Davis aired the show. Still no refund even after saying on TV that they would refund money. I had to get family and friends and protest in front of the store for two days and finally, received my refund of $ 2400. IFYOUBUYCARPETHEREYOUDON’T KNOWJACK… VERYPOORBUSINESSPRACTICES.
