Linna Donuts

Nastiest breakfast taco I’ve ever had. That’s all I can say. It was potato egg and cheese. But tasted like butt.

After dropping the hound dog (new family addition over Christmas) at the sitters, we were looking for a quick bite to eat before hitting the road to Austin for the New Year weekend. We pulled in to a gas station and found this donut shop next door… fuel for the vehicle and fuel for the body in one stop? In.
Linna Donuts was nothing spectacular, but neither was it terrible. I’d say it rates as a solid choice at a reasonable price if you’re in the immediate area. I had the large jalapeño and cheese kolache with a sprinkle donut. There wasn’t really anything to differentiate them from probably dozens of other places in the area, but that’s okay… this hit the spot and was in an area where we needed a quick bite.
Nothing I’d go out of my way for, but if I was looking for a quick breakfast in the area again I wouldn’t steer myself away from this joint.
