Lone Star Bounce Town

I first learned of Lone Star Bounce Town via a Groupon I’d purchased. Our first visit was on a weekday, so it was a nice, small crowd and my boys got to explore all of the different inflatables. They also loved playing the video games and air hockey tables. During our most recent visit, my boys were very excited about the newest basketball inflatables. There were also a couple more new bouncers, which was a welcomed change. Overall, Bounce Town is a great, family-​friendly place for my boys to have fun and expend some energy. We live about ten minutes away, so although we’ve long since run out of Groupon tix, we’ve returned over and over. I highly recommend Bounce Town for some indoor fun!

Came to here on a Tuesday evening to see if this was something I could do with my daughter when the weather wasn’t nice. It was only $ 3 to get her in so I’d say you definitely get what you pay for here. The place seemed very dirty. The café area didn’t have anyone taking orders and so I had to go ask for assistance in the front. They have a tiny area for the younger kids full of toys you probably already have at home. The bounce castles are average but do seem fairly old. So if you need something cheap to do and don’t mind the dirt then I’d give this place a try. Just make sure you eat beforehand because the food is overpriced microwaveables.

Recently did a birthday party. The venue was nice and the party room was big enough to fit our guests. The only problem I would have to say customer service was not up to par. We had a clown come in to face paint and create balloons for our kids, and the party host suggested we have the clown outside the room. When we explained that we would not like that (due to other kids from other parties may want to use the clown and we didn’t want anyone turned away) and that I had spoke to one owner they were upset. We prefer the clown be in our party room and our kids were patient enough to take turns. Our guests noticed the attitudes toward us and that the hosts had an unhappy face at all times. It is a party venue for children and I expected better service from the party hosts. The facility is nice but needless to say I was very disappointed in the customer service. The main reason I was convinced to do the party was due to how nice and accommodating the owner (male) seemed over phone. The whole Attitude from entrance to us paying was very rude. Will probably never do a party there again. !

I come here often to let the little one burn off energy and it’s awesome. I wish they would upgrade their food and drink selection to accommodate adults. Keurig coffee is better than nothing. My only complaint is the café area is kind is dirty and chairs aren’t the right heights for tables. It’s a great place for kids and bday parties. Looks like they just purchased new leather sofas and they’re comfy.

The kids do have fun, but this place has terrible staff members! If people have birthday parties scheduled, the place is still open to the public to allow their children to play. There is an area that is «suppose» to be sectioned off to children 3 yrs and under but since the staff is lazy and only sit at the front desk, they do not supervise what is going on in the play area. The party hosts are also lazy and do not smile or seem like they want to help at all. Two years ago, I actually had my son’s birthday at this location and since then it has really gone down the drain. The owner of this place is only making their money and could careless of the safety of the kids playing and the staff members who are hired look and act like they make $ 1/​hr. If you can watch your kids like a hawk, then I would recommend to go to this place. Other than that, it’s a waste of time and money.

First visit left me with good and bad reviews. First, the good: several bounce houses with a variety of activities that covered the wide age range advertised. Two thumbs up for monitored safety gates at the front door and around the toddler area to keep the kids safe. Bounce house were very clean as were the numerous couches provided for the adults to relax and observe. My 4 year old loved it.
Now for the bad: the concession area. Total wreck from start to finish. Tables were sticky and no chairs at all for half of them. I had to go find an employee (who was sitting at the front watching two others work) who reluctantly came to take my order. After taking a whole to pour two drinks, the power surged and I completely understand that she had to go address the deflating bounces. However, she didn’t come back. When I finally for the attention of another employee, I asked if a corn dog and nachos were in process behind the counter. She said nothing was started and couldn’t find the first employee. She was nice enough to start based on my word and receipt. I didn’t expect anything more than frozen concession stand food but still wasn’t surprised to get a half burnt pizza (they were out of nacho cheese). Then the lights for concessions were turned out at 3p even though there were parents in the area to get in line and closing time was 6p.
Summary; very clean and excellent play area. Dump the concession stand and could use improvement on customer service.

A place similar to Monkey Joes. Unique in that it has a motorized bull to ride for young kids.

Perfect place to tire out your kids. Several bounce houses have been in this location, but lone star seems to be making it. It is clean and well designed. I probably wouldn’t eat there though, and wish they had just a soda vending machine instead of the little snack café.

The best indoor playspace in the Greater Houston area. We’ve been to most of the spaces around here, and this one takes the cake! easy to follow your kid around, small café with extremely reasonable prices, comfy couches everywhere for parents. They have a mechanical bull but no helmets, so I just didn’t let my kid on. **Their hours have changed – they’re not open till 830 anymore** Reasonably priced entrance also. Some places around charge more and are not as nice. Go to Lone Star Bounce Town! (i am not in any way affiliated with them; i was just really impressed)

I love this place!!! There is no other place like it. It was a great environment for my kids to play in. Very safe, great staff, great prices. I will be back for sure!!!

I just saw this place has a living social deal today and remembered that I attended my nieces birthday party at Lone Star Bounce House when it first opened and forgot to write a review on how great our experience was there.
This place is just so exciting and fun for kids of all ages. We had 20 plus kids at our party and it was great seeing how much fun they all had. The mechanical bull was a huge hit with everyone. Not to mention all of the fun that us adults had as well. We bounced and rode the bull ride along with all of the little ones.
And the huge TVs kept the guys entertained.
I just bought the living social deal and am going to give it as a gift To my niece and nephews. There’s just nothing else like it out there and I know that they will be excited to go back!
oh, and super impressed that it is family owned an operated. The owners were really great an helpful. It was all together a great experience!
