Main Street Paint & Body Center

This place is horrible. I took my vehicle here to get painted and I had overspray and runs I told them to fix it. they said it doesn’t look bad if he stands about 5 feet away I said I didn’t pay for my paint to look decent 5 feet away I paid for it to look good all the way around no matter how close You look. on top of that worst customer service ever when you call they will tell you your car will be ready at the end of the week and they’ll tell you that next week and the week after that. Don’t bother taking your vehicle here do some research and find a quality place

I took my 04 honda civic hybrid here for body repairs and a paint job. They offered me a low estimate and a 2 – 3 week time frame which was awesome for the amount of work I needed done. They even towed it there for free. Two weeks later I called to check on progress and they said it would be done in a week. The next week I was told it would be done in a couple days. Couple days later I was told next week for sure. This went on for a month and a half. Constantly being told «it’s being painted tomorrow morning first thing!» Or «it’s next in line you’ll have it in a couple days!». No amount of phone calls or actually going there to check up on the car got me an actual date of completion. I complained, at times yelling, for them to be honest with me about how far they’d come on the body work. The man was a smooth talker with a «eff you» attitude. After all was said and done I didn’t even get a sorry we dicked you around for a month and a half discount or even an apology. I got a coupon for ten percent off a paint job given to me like it was some huge favor they were doing me.

I had my 2000 Honda Accord painted at Main Street. The car still runs great but was starting to look pretty rough on the outside. I got quotes from other body shops in the area. Their price was competitive and after talking with the owner, I was convinced that I would receive the best paint job from them. He told me that he would not rush the work so he gave me a date range for when the work would be done. I was ok with that since I had an extra car I could drive.
The shop did a great job on my car. Only caveat was the flexible completion date. If that is not a big deal to you, I would recommend Main Street for paint and body work.
