I found myself at another local fair this summer. It was a combo of a food tasting, as well as different vendors selling and promoting their wares. I bought a voucher to the tasting part event, but unfortunately said voucher didn’t mention that this section of the festival closed long before the rest. So we ended up showing up about 30ty minutes before that closed, but we manged to try a few of the vendors still around. I think like many tastings lately that they under prepared for the amount of people that would show for lots of the food was looking pretty picked through with a few of the vendors long gone. Other than that, we walked around for a nice while and even managed to snag myself a cute pair of earrings and a small photograph from a local artist. I hope more festivals like this pop up more often for it gives customers a chance to try something new and vendors a chance to get their name out.
