Worst experience ever. Very rude and unprofessional instructors. I think the most important part in owning a business is how you treat your costumers. I’ve been to many gym /yoga studios and have never seen as bad customer service as this place has. Very sad.

Second time at this place for Bikram and really enjoyed it. The poses were good enough that beginners and advanced students could benefit from them. The instructor was very accommodating and definitely took into consideration my time away from Yoga. The class was full when I went on a Sunday. I was close to quitting the 90 minute class 60 minutes in, but was able to finish it somehow! I enjoyed the class so much I purchased one month unlimited(although I only plan to go once or twice a week). I am definitely a fan and recommend Pearland Bikram. By the way, they are inside Body Evolution so it shouldn’t be too hard to find.

Just after they moved into Body Evolution Fitness Center, did a friend invite me to try yoga. We were in kickboxing together and I’m a daily runner/jogger and spent a good amount of time stretching in front of ye old fireplace working the body kinks out. Aside from the stretching and detox, yoga was a great way for me to build up self-reliance and work on my core strength. The teachers were great in their own ways — nurturing, gently correcting, and keen in improvement and progression. Sometimes the classes are packed like sardines and other times it’ll be you and a few. Make sure you read THERULES ahead of time — * very important * The room temperature varies between 103 – 108, so wear comfortable clothing(moisture wicking clothes helps). DON’T FORGET your mat, 1 body-sized towel, 1 face towel and plenty of water(at least 25oz). Spare the car-keys and phones in the lockers to avoid damage and confusing looks. An important note on the water is to try and HYDRATE hours before and after class AND take note that you cannot drink water during the warmup(about the first 10 – 15 minutes of class). Class times are general but check Facebook for updates & cancellations. Plan to be there EARLY so you can sign-in, lock-up, and spread out. They lock the doors once class starts, no bathroom breaks. Brave thru and you’ll likely impress yourself. To sum up the activity, you’ll do a specific set of breathing exercises and 26 postures, two times each. Here’s a list of the postures… Don’t get caught up in executing each pose completely, lots of the poses will give you full benefit(i.e., stretching or compression) even if you can’t balance on one foot, practice makes perfect! If you tire from a posture, they’ll ask you lay down to rest and re-energize. It happens. Listen to your body, breathe as instructed, and keep your eyes open. I haven’t tried the childcare yet, but it’s in conjunction with Body Evolution and during particular hours(8am-noon &4−8pm on weekdays). Occasionally they’ll run introductory specials so sign up for the newsletter. I really enjoy my experience at Bikram — the yoga, the teachers, even the friendly students. You’ll walk out feeling better about the effort you put in.

I began my Bikram journey at the old studio which was fantastic! When they moved to the new location it was a hard transition for me. The studio is much smaller, the bathrooms and shower facilities are certainly not as large or nice and you have to walk through a stinky gym to get to the studio. I will say that they are always making improvements to the new studio and it is getting better and better. The new location even offers childcare! Despite the new studio adjustment, I will say that the instructors are fantastic!
