Great family environment, the wifi not the best but we’re here to work Cardio equipment in great shape, limited free weights but still great place for workout. Staff very helpful with any questions or even a spot on a lift and fellow members great! The swim after I think is best after a great workout really works full body with a couple of laps and if you feel up for it go for a nice run outside down bailey road up and over the hill

Olympic sized swimming pool, indoor track, racquetball courts, basketball courts, weight/​cardio room, fitness classes. all this and cheaper than 24 hr or LA fitness. Usually not too busy either. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review is that weight/​cardio room is small for the size of the facility. They also have child care for the little ones.
