I only gave this place 3 stars due to me going to pick up my boots and they weren’t ready. They were cleaned, but not repaired. Apparently there was a mix-up in communication b/c they thought I only wanted them cleaned. Well, lets use common sense… why would I dropped of a pair of boots, one of which has a noticeable rip at a seam, just to be cleaned? Anyway, I returned to pick them up the next day and he only charged me for the repair and not the cleaning.

Had a sneaker buildup done which was a fairly complicated procedure. They did the work with perfection! I’m very pleased with their service and pricing is about average.

I brought them two pair of mens dress shoes to repair with half soles and heals. One pair was done very well but the other was very different in quality from the nail holes visible in the heal to the trimming of the leather sole around the shoe. I am comparing them to past shoe repairs I have had done in another big city, which is why Pearland Shoe only receives 2 stars, because I have seen 5 star work done, elsewhere. The total invoice was $ 40 per shoe for ½ soles and heals. I will try another shoe repair place, next time.
