Randall was very personable and did a very thorough job. He explained what he was doing and what his findings were all along the way. Once it was completed, he sent to me the report which was very easy to read and understand. I highly recommend his services! My realtor (Charles Russell), whom I also recommend, was my source for finding this company (Recon Home Inspection).

I was amazed by the service provided by Recon Home Inspection. Mr. Abbott was punctual, professional and very informative.
I had my eyes set on a house i wanted to purchase but i wanted to make sure i wasnt going to have expensive problems in the future. I asked a friend how and who can help me with this. He told me about his pleasant dealings with Mr. Abbott. So i checked out his site
and decided to set up an appointment. Mr. Abbott encouraged me to be there on site. Everything seemed fine with the house until he used an infrared device to expose some overloaded circuitry and some termite activity. I guess not all dream houses are meant to be. I will definitely go to Recon Home Inspection for the next house i have my eyes on.
