I had the best experience with this company ever. They squeezed me in for a last minute move. They moved my belongings in a good amount of time. They took no breaks even when I bought them food. They both thanked me and said they will eat it later. Lets keep in mind that I moved from a home to a 2 bedroom apt on the second floor.
Pros:
They were on time
Squeezed me in
No Breaks taken
Moved very quickly (unlike most movers)
Cons: NONE
If I had to write a con I would say that one of two the movers wore a plain blue tee and not the Rent A Dude tee lol. The uniforms, truck, and customer service for this company were beyond my expectations! Simply amazing!

Pros:
They came to move same day service
They were polite
They didn’t complain, like some movers i used in before much, well.. (I overhead 1 who did) but the others didnt)
Cons:
Misplaced items that have not been recovered
Broken glass
Some scratches on bedroom suite
Not bad experience but not happy about things that are still lost.

I had an appointment for movers to show up between 8 – 9 this morning. Around 9:30 no one had shown up or called me so I called and left a message. I did call several times with no luck and spent my day scrambling to find someone professional enough to fulfill their commitments. I lost more than four hours of my day on their behalf and at 9:15 pm I still have yet to hear from them. They want you to purchase their groupon and then rip you off when they don’t show. Extremely unprofessional and childish company. 3 Men Movers stepped up and did an AMANZING job. I highly recommend them for a stress free, quick move. Rent a Dude is a huge dud. Whatever you do, don’t put yourself in my position.

First let me say the name alone captured my attention lol. Being a single female newly residing in the state of Texas with no friends and family can be challenging I joked about renting a man for taking out garbage and all the «manly’ duties so it was destiny that brought us together. I used this company for two moves thus far and the service has been nothing short of amazing! Its really hard to trust a stranger but Rent A Dude proved themselves trustworthy. I relocate no lie like once a year and in the past i had movers damage my items or just be extremely unprofessional. This moving company was honestly a breath of fresh air!
