Residences At Pearland Town Center

I absolutely love living here!!! From the amenities to the staff (Kim and Iris were super helpful) it’s just perfect! I love that I can pay my rent online… So convenient!!! Not to mention my place is awesome!!!

Armed robberies in the shopping area. The stair wells are constantly left propped open and never checked by the Property Management even after concerns were raised.
Very poor customer service… once they get your money the true culture of their «Management team» comes out.
I hit traffic one day and I was 5 minutes late to the office closing. I pulled on the door. 2 employees looked up at me and ignored me as they went about their business sitting around.
The stair wells and hallways constantly smell like marijuana .
It took 9 months for them to get repairs on a water damaged cabinet addressed. The concern was raised the day I moved in.
For the price, the amenities and apartment layout do not match up. 1990’s look with 2015 cost.
If you move in here, good luck!

I’ve lived here for 5 months and so far I’m loving it. These apartments are really new, fresh paint, granite counter tops, dark wash wood, lots of storage space, just spacious in general. Each apartment has its own balcony that is actually large enough to stand or sit on. Who knew that was even a possibility in Houston?! Oh wait… welcome to the wonderful Pearland! Stacking washer and drying, great gym, movie room with pool table and 2 resort like pools with modern furniture, TVs and BBQs.
The leasing staff are very nice and helpful. All maintenance issues are handled in a timely professional manner with the bonus of free pest control services. Pretty legit!
The apartments are part of the Town Center Mall but there’s no foot traffic as it’s located towards the back end. They do play music on the mall speakers from 9:30am to 10:30pm which is audible on my balcony (free party music) but not inside, the insulation is fantastic.
There’s a small lake across the street with a path around it for running, or walking your [insert animal of choice]. Plenty of great shops and restaurants within the mall and if that’s not enough there are more stores etc on the other side of the freeway on Broadway.
The rent is more than fair, you definitely get what you pay for! As you can read I really like it here :)
