This is one of the worst shopping centers, traffic-wise, in the Houston area. I’m not sure if their are ordinances in Pearland which prevent entryways from being located in more functional areas but, they need to work to alleviate the constant traffic snarl at Silverlake Village Dr and 518. For some reason there are only 3 ways in and out, which makes no sense. Seriously, there are 5 – 6BUSY anchor stores with thousands of customers! I don’t understand.
