It’s my personal opinion this place of business lacks the skills to show professionalism in a time of sorrow. My daughter’s father(ex husband) recently had his funeral service here from which she was completely omitted from being a part of. When I asked the«lady» at the funeral home how they could be okay with this kind of behavior for my ex-husband’s only surviving heir she replied«Your daughter’s a minor she has no rights. Then went on to explain how their only obligation was to who paid their bill» WOW!

Despite the many issues we experienced, my main concern is the way I was treated by an associate while moving my vehicle to get in line for the procession. A gentleman inside told me that I could move my car to a specific location. When I did, as soon as I got out of the car, an associate began screaming at my boyfriend and I. She ran at us yelling«NONONO!!» She rudely asked«Who said you could park here?!! Are you even family?» I’m not sure why this funeral home saw this as an acceptable way to treat someone during a time of grieving. The way she was comfortable addressing us in this manner speaks volumes; clearly she has been allowed to do this before. Now every time I visit my beloved grandpa I will be forced to relive this memory. This funeral home very simply made things harder.
