I purchased a groupon for a massage when I pulled up it was definitely by what I expected. Located in some Poor looking shopping center. I figured what the hell since I had already paid for the groupon. The doors and walls are so thin that you could hear everything going on in the waiting room, hallway, and other rooms. There was loud talking, laughing and the tv. No way to actually relax. Won’t be going back. Waste of money

I got a groupon to try this place and I just canceled my groupon due to the BAD customer service provided by this place. When I first called to make my appointment they gave me a 3 weeks one. And today they just called me to cancel and give me the appointment for 3 weeks more!!! No professional at all… the excuse was only that the doctor is not gonna be there that day!!!

I went to SHC for mild back pain. Then somehow aggravated an existing injury and they squeezed me in, gave me relief and explained everything thoroughly. No hidden fees, the office manager Jose is upfront and clear. Dr. Jackson was careful and considerate of my pain and explained every step. Their massage therapist Lawrence helped to calm my tension. Overall, I appreciate the entire staff. The office could use some sprucing up but then again, I am not there for ambiance, I am there to get well. Here is a plus, they stay open late on Tues and Thurs for those of us who work!
