I used Ozzie to sell my home. A process that I had never been through before. He was knowledgeable about the market, walked me through the process and was always quick to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use Ozzie and his team when the time comes for me to purchase a new home and recommend him to anyone I know who is buying and sell property.

This is the best Real Estate Company that I have every worked with. Ozzie is a great agent. Very honest and informative. Our home was sold in less than a month. Also, Christy Bulerez-​Wyatt was our buyers agent for the purchase of our new home. She was fantastic, very responsive, always answered our questions night, day or weekends! She made the home buying process a breeze and I would recommend Ozzie and Christy to my friends and family. Also, their staff are very professional and friendly! Keep up the great work guys! Would NOT recommend this realty company if you are looking to buy a home. I was contacted by the «Ask Ozzie» team when I was interested in a home and was referred to their lead buyer specialist, Christy Bulerez Wyatt that supposedly specialized with first time home buyers. Not ONCE did Christy make us feel like she was easing the process of looking for a home, she only made it more stressful on us. First off, she was never available to meet with us and always had an excuse as to why. She never made us feel like a priority but more a burden on her. She had another realtor that didn’t even work for the company at the time (she was in the interview process– didn’t find this out until offer was made) show us homes and we were told Christy would step in when we found the right one. Not only did we not even meet her until we were literally writing the contract, we set up the meeting to do so!!! Oh, did I mention that we found our own home! Also, they make you a personalized HAR account that you can do on your own and our search results came up with nothing that we told her we were looking for in a home. They as a company literally did nothing to help with the assistance of purchasing a home, but sign a single piece of paper. Lastly, once the offer was accepted we never even heard from them again besides telling us that yet again another realtor took over that part of the process. They didn’t even show up to closing. So, if you’re looking to do all the work in finding a new home and give them 3% for signing a piece of paper, that is all their good for!!! Definitely felt it necessary to share my experience to warn others.
