The Goddard School

I have only good things to say about Goddard. My child loves her teachers, her classmates, and is excited to go to school everday. I have enjoyed that my child is learning things that her older sibling is learning two grades above her own. She is coming home and is excited to tell all the names of the states she has learned along with identifying alphabet and numbers… she is four. She and I both are thrilled with the environment they have provided.

I don’t see why there are bad reviews for this school, it has been awesome to me and my family! From the sweetest Owner Suzie, to the directors, and the teachers my kids love this place. I have a 5 year old daughter that has been there since she was an infant, and I have a 2 year son, they are so smart and learn so much from the school. Their teachers are always sharing feedback with my husband and I, sending updates on my kids daily activities, etc. The front office staff is very friendly and are even hands on with the kids. This is a great school, your kid (s) would love it! I recommend this place to any parent that is looking for an great, clean, friendly place to send their child and that want their child to get a great education!

You really sound like a disgruntled employee rather than a parent. I’ve heard nothing but positive reviews about both the teachers as well as the management team. Whoever you might be I hope by you ranting on and on about nothing that isn’t valid has made your life even better.

I can’t speak for any other room or location, but the infant room I would NOT recommend. I’ve had nothing but problems. She doesn’t get her naps in due to lack of control of the environment and noise (sometimes only getting less than hour the whole day), she’s had diaper rashes for the last 2 months on and off (I’ve taken off work, taken her to the doc. and her doc thinks it’s something they’re doing cause she’s clear when she’s home and breaks out only in their care. I think they’re leaving poopy diapers on her too long.) She’s constantly sick because they just pass toys from one baby to the next when they’re supposed to be cleaning them in between. I’ve picked my child up with soaking wet diapers and one time wearing a diaper that wasn’t her own. the infant room is unclean. my child has come home with filthy socks and clothes. I’ve spoken to the owner, to the directors, sent emails. I really feel like they dont genuinely care.
One teacher even quit the week before I left, stormed out and asked to have her check mailed due to disorganization. I even met a parent while out looking for a new daycare that said she’d recently pulled her child from the Goddard school cause the «quality has really gone down.» Just like with everything, you’ll always have people that have good experiences, but unfortunately my child and I weren’t one of them.

This «school» is a joke!!! The teacher turn over is extremely high and the front office staff is lazy! Ms. Veronica the «assistant director» is lazy, all she does is sit in the office and eat, eat, eat all day long. Mrs. Shay is also very unprofessional in her speaking… she needs an English course, ASAP. Mrs. Susie is a joke who does not know how to run her center and is cheap as hell! The poor teachers there have to pull tricks out of a hat to teach the children properly because management provides very little. My children tell me several times they have gotten cold lunch! The communication is horrible as they lie to to make you «happy». I made a huge mistake enrolling my children in this horrible center.
