Teenagers. You can count on last minute requests. Like the last call for alcohol at a bar? Well, later than that. Later than the p. s. in a letter. Oh, like the night before prom kind of late. Like AFTER you JUST ordered the boutonnière…(Somewhere else btw) your prom date says they didn’t get a corsage!!! Oh and I’m hormonal and about to start. Aunt flow is NOT welcome. Not today. I could punch somebody in the fkn throat. *venting* Oh yes, wyndowbox florist review. I(teenagers listen up) communicated w my daughter’s prom date. Need me to help get a corsage? Yes is the nutshell answer. Prom is tonight. Word. I got this boo. Thanks for my quick thinking hormonal thinking… in the drive home from teaching aerobics, see the«florist» sign and think, why not try. I go on an ask. Yes, on prom day. Lo and behold, someone called and cancelled their CORSAGEANDBOUTONNIERE order. Sold!!! It was a beautifully well made set. These kids are lucky I don’t have a sweat shop at home because they’d work for this shiznit!!! Thank you Mother Nature for the hormones. Thank you aunt flow — hurry up! Thank you so much wyndowbox florist for saving the day!!! They are beautiful!

My friends and I ordered arrangements for a very nice baby shower at Killens steakhouse. The arrangements looked nothing like what we discussed and were mostly greenery. The flowers that were in the arrangements had brown spots as well as some already wilting. When i called to ask what happened and why the arrangements didn’t look like what we discussed Tina said the stuff she ordered for our arrangements didn’t come in time but there was nothing she could do about it. Horrible flowers and even worse customer service.

This place is incredibly accommodating! I live in Brooklyn and I wanted to send an arrangement to my aunt who lives in Houston, TX. They took my order over the phone, and asked me what my price range was. I told them my budget was $ 100. I specified that I wanted no carnations or cheap flowers because I hate those Kroger/Walmart looking flowers. Yes, I am picky and I know it. Anyway, when my aunt got her arrangement she sent me a picture and it was gorgeous! There were lilies, roses, orchids, and more! I couldn’t believe it. My aunt was so excited and she kept them on her desk at work to show them off. I recommended my friend in Houston get her wedding flowers from here and she said they’ve been so professional and offered suggestions on how to bring her ideas for her wedding to life. I can’t wait to see her wedding flowers. These ladies are so sweet! It was lovely to hear a southern accent on the phone and be treated with such care. Thank you!

I did read the reviews before I just chose to go to this place, but I decided to give it a chance. I am so glad that I did! The Corsage they made for my mother-in-law was beautiful. I would recommend this place if you ever need flowers for a wedding.

This establishment is absolutely appalling. Please don’t use this terrible terrible company, unless don’t mind that they will be exceptionally rude next to the casket of a family member during a viewing. We ordered two sprays for my grandfather’s funeral this weekend, each at the rate of $ 275. During the viewing they delivered one as ordered however the other had much fewer flowers. We requested carnations to make a fuller spray, and they had replaced them with a quarter of the number of roses. They seemed offended we weren’t appreciative. We didn’t ask you to do that. «Fine we will just take out the roses then.» Fine Wyndowbox, we didn’t ask for them. They also fixed the flowers RIGHTNEXTTOMYGRANDFATHER’S CASKET instead of pulling them into the next room. Every single time this woman decided to make a phone call she made it inside of the room with my grieving family RIGHTNEXTTOMYGRANDFATHER’S CASKET. She also had the woman on the line on speaker saying things like«what are they complaining about now?» Not acceptable Wyndowbox. Do every one a favor and quietly close your doors for good.

Awful all around. My mother and I ordered a simple potted plant to have delivered to a funeral home this week. The price was $ 40 with an additional $ 10 delivery charge. We weren’t expecting anything fancy, but when we saw what was delivered, we were appalled. Rather than something simple and neat, the family received something ragged that resembled weeds. It looked as though the florist had walked around the back side of their building, dug something out of the ground, and plopped it into a basket. When my mother called to complain, their only response was«Well, what do you expect for only $ 40?» I realize that’s not a large sum of money, but they could certainly do better than what appeared to be tall, shaggy grass. And what kind of business owner responds to a customer in that way? Disgusting.

Very rude staff, will leave your order OUTSIDE and leave early. It is unacceptable. They started harassing phone calls(at least five) very early on a Saturday. I was told to pick up my order by the time they close it they would leave it outside their door and not guarantee anything. I was livid! I continued to get the same phone calls asking me when I would show up. I got there an hr before they told me that they were closing and there was a locked door with the corsage for my sisters bridal shower outside in the 90 degree weather!

If you look at my edible arrangements, you’ll understand why I came here at the last moment. I know on Valentines Day, you will pay more money for roses, but $ 125 for a dozen roses is ridiculous! Normal price is $ 40 and I would have probably paid $ 75 – 80 for them because of Edible Arrangements screwing up my order. But no way was I going to pay $ 125 for them. Good thing Krogers was there to save the day!!!
