Walmart Supercenter

My new favorite Wal-​Mart. The workers are nice and very helpful. I’m able to shop without any hassles. I usually come here twice a week with no problems with parking.

I mean, it’s wal mart. Expect 2 lanes open with 20 people waiting. This wal mart is much better than the poor excuse of a wal mart on S. Post Oak that has only 3 lanes of food. Still ratchet/​ghetto. Typical wal mart.

Went to return a bag of frozen Tyson honey BBQ chicken strips ($ 6.98)which really didnt resemble nor taste like chicken strip at all. The customer service cashier (Tamara) said food items could not be returned after 24 hours and that was the policy. I asked her to show me where this policy is written inside the store or even on my receipt and she couldn’t…one of the managers came over and said the same thing abt the 24 hour return policy for food products but could not show me any proof this was true. They finally agreed to let me exchange the chicken strips for other food products for the same price… These petty, simple minded, walmart bitches need to get a life! There is no such policy written in the store! Bye Felicia..

So, I used to only use this Walmart to pay my phone bill. But now I don’t have that kind of phone company I don’t use them anymore. On my visit to this Walmart today, I would think it would be like all of Walmarts. But this Walmart produce is not fresh. While looking for pita bread in the section where the bakery is, I saw a gnat trapped inside the glass doors. The gnat was flying from one end to another landing all on what it supposed to be for sale. I’m thinking really. still trying to sell this to people where’s the FDA? There’s nothing fresh about this! After leaving that area, I went to the fruit section to try to find some strawberries. Yes I usually look at the date before buying. But how about those people who cannot see well? I was even more disgusted when the strawberries were all molded in a container. Now I know these Walmart workers don’t check their products at all. Yeah it’s not like a H.E.B where you have someone working at each area ensuring everything is fresh for their customers.

I don’t usually shop at Walmart for anything, but since I had to get a specific item I needed to go to Walmart for it. It was actually odd because all of the associates were so nice and helpful – usually the associates aren’t helpful and no where to be found when you need them. This nice lady helped me find everything I was looking for.
Also, this Walmart is good at having everything in stock, but Walmart is still expensive in my eyes. I bought only 8 items and it cost me $ 21. That is a bit much – as I feel that I didn’t save any money.

Ordered 2 tires online at Wal-​Mart to be picked up at the Friendswood, TX Wal-​Mart on El Dorado Blvd. Called them and was told them could put them on if I got there by 7:00pm. Arrived at 6:30 then I was told I would have to come back the next day. So I decided to just pick them up. I was sent to the Wal-​Mart Services Department to get a ticket for pick up at the Auto Department. When I got there, no one was there. Long story short, 3 people came by and had associate paged, I call the store on my cell phone and had associate paged. But after 40min the associate should up. She did not say a word just gave me my ticket. One star is to many. Never order anything from Wal-​Mart online for store pick!!! :(

The Dixie farm Walmart is the best one I have found in this area it’s nice and quiet here workers are ok. I feel safe going here alone and at night. It’s a smaller store but it definitely serves my needs.
