Hard to see the rock for all the seals! Beautiful coastal views and happy wildlife. All along pebble beach coast line. Cormorants, curlews, murres, and Pelicans compete for rock space. Whales breaching in the distance. Well worth a stop.

This is one of the points of interest on the famous 17 mile drive, which costs $ 9.95 to traverse. Just a short ride from bird rock, there is lots of wildlife to see at seal rock, but it is a bit smelly: P You can hear the seals from the shore. If you want to see them clearly, bring binoculars.

Yep, there were seals there! Wish it was closer to shore, but then again, why complain about what Mother Nature made?!

A great place to relax and watch a beautiful sunset. The sea lions love to gather here and speak to each other in unison as the sun drops below the horizon. A magical way to enjoy nature.

Seal Rock is a gorgeous small beach area and a popular spot for Harbor Seals to hang out close to the shore. We visited this special spot yesterday for a very small wedding and it was perfect since the rain just stopped briefly enough for the 5 minute ceremony. Great place to take photos and less crowded and touristy than Bird Rock next door.
