I don’t usually write reviews… but no one should have to experience what i have from this salon! Absolute worst haircut and color ever!!! It has now been 7 months since Shelley massacred my hair. The color was off… but the worst part was the hair cut! The two sides of my hair were grossly uneven… I had a gaping hole in the side of my hair… and she broke hair in the bangs area that is still trying to grow out! I’m just lucky I found someone that could work on fixing my hair after the debacle! Avoid this place at all costs!

I had to go back to Shelly for her to fix my highlight/​lowlights. She made one side of my head a yellow blond and the other brown.
All three sections of my hair were different colors. All of my highlights were an orangey blonde, when I specifically told her I despise brass and yellow tones of blonde. All of the highlights she did on the top of my head blended together looking like a muddy yellowish brown.
I went back to have my hair «fixed» on Thursday, leaving the salon with a solid mass of yellow and white hair on the top of my head, while the other hair on my head is brown and white.
I am so upset because I have waited 4 months to get my hair colored for my baby shower in a week. When I initially called your salon the receptionist assured me that Shelly was the best colorist and even does her hair.
I am so disappointed and regretful for spending $ 260 including tip, on an absolute mess. My hair looks awful and I now have to find another salon that can fix my hair
