They are reasonably priced, but that’s to suck you in. After three weeks of service, I put in one request: cut the grass at 2 inches.
I was told that wasn’t possible. So I said I would look elsewhere. They came back with no wait, we can do it but your grass will die. I said it does’t matter, that’s what I want. They said they would do it.
They come and cut, they leave. I have 4 inches worth of grass. I gave them one more week to try again (shame on me) and they told my wife while they were cutting that they didn’t want to adjust the machine, it’s too much work. Seems like we were lied to several times.
I will be looking for a different company for obvious reasons. That’ll teach me to work with a company that uses a GMAIL email address.

Tried contacting several times and 9 times out of 10, they wouldn’t answer or return phone calls. Tried emailing several times with no response. Finally received a quote and scheduled work. The date came and nobody showed up, no call, no email… nothing. Definitely would not recommend this service company.
