We’ve used this company twice and have found the staff knowledgable and very helpful. They were successful the first time with an infestation of carpenter ants inside the garage walls. They responded immediately and their visit was on time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONt doing the good job, just want to cost your money,
cost me $ 320 for one time service, only coming to spary, and then left, and the bug be coming more worst and we call back only ask you to pay more, really dont recommend them.

never in my life have i seen such horrible service they do not spray they come in and leave even though u tell them you have bugs the persons reaction is oh if we don’t see anything we don’t spray this company making tons of money and ripping people off!!! Better off going to home depot and buying your own stuff! And I’m sure the owners don’t care or are unaware that 1 day they wont have a business scumbags!!!

Did everything they said they would and then did extra work without charging more. Very thorough and good job.

Horrible!!! I had a problem with wasps. I called the company and a guy showed up 5 mins later. He had no equipment. He refused to go to the attic, had no ladder. He looked outside the window. He then asked for a cash payment and asked us not to call or tell the office. We paid him to get him out of our house basically as he was a little weird. So we have a 10 month old baby. We called another company and they had much better equipment, found we had thousands of wasps, and where the first guy looked out the window he would have seen the nests all over the outside, he lied and said he saw nothing. IF we had waited like he said it could have been physically serious for our baby as she sleeps upstairs where the problem was.
The second company took care of the problem, and were amazing. This first guy had no regard for our safety or our babies and basically scammed us and his employer out of money.
