Hello Gorgeous

Linh does fantastic work with nails. Unfortunately if you have an appointment and she’s busy she doesn’t honor the appointment, you can either wait a long time or take your chances. After going through that three times I gave up waiting for her and will have to find another place. The first time I was there almost three hours (with an appointment) but I was patient because I was eager to try her nail design. The second time I had an appointment and rescheduled for a week later because it was going to be a long wait. On my 4^th visit she was somewhere in the back doing something else but no one could tell me what our how long I would wait. I probably would have waited if I’d at least had the courtesy of some estimate of the wait time but instead I was ignored as if I wasn’t welcome, even though I asked three times. No problem, I left. I would definitely work on the attitude and the customer service because she is a very talented nail artist.

I could not get a regular appointment in my hair salon. So I remembered this small salon down in the shopping center by my house. I decided it was only a trim that I needed and blowout, so I called to make a appointment by owner Lynn. I knew my hair was in bad shape, she also did so we had to really take off dead ends… well never the less I am glad I did my hair feels great. The only complaint I would have is the product line. Don’t like how my hair smells.

This is a gem of a salon. Everyone is always professional, friendly and you get great customer service. Prices are reasonable and you always get what you pay for. Professional, super clean and worth the drive from anywhere.
