Came in to get my 2010 Prius serviced with their Winter Prep Special — only available at the Pekin location ($ 59+tax for Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Balancing, Brake Check, Belt Check, and 27-​point inspection). Total process took about one hour. I did my waiting at the Starbucks located next to Bob Evans, which was next door to Hiller.
Justin was very courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle and even upgraded my engine oil from synthetic blend (originally stated in coupon) to 02-​W20 when I asked for a possible upgrade. Noticed my Peoria Address when filling out some basic info and suggested I do my post-​lug nuts check at their Peoria Location when I reach the 100 mi mark.
Everything looked good and my Prius didn’t need any alterations so I paid the original coupon price. I’m sure if there was something that needed to be replaced, the total amount would be the original price + part (s) price, if that helps.
