Rakow construction installed replacement windows in my house last fall. Left a mess everywhere in the house. Dropped tools all over my hardwood floors with no concern for them. Left some windows uncaulked and you could see light through the cracks. His work is some of the worst I’ve ever seen! Avoid this clown like the plague! All he wants is your money!
