Desk clerk didn’t seem to care about anything! She didn’t care of that we found hair all over the bathroom floor dirty dirty microwave was nasty that we had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our room. Told us elevator be it would be out for an hour and a half but yet four hours later still out. Couldn’t make a copy of a key so all of our keys got disengaged in order to make three copies. The hairdryer zap my husband because it was faulty. Worst part was nobody seem to give a care!!!

I stay in comfort suites quite a bit, and this one just isn’t very good. The breakfast was sparse. The AC was noisy and not cold.
Adequate.
Great rate though! So maybe with that in mind I’m fairly happy with my stay.

We stayed here several times when we were moving to the area. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of selection, but still enjoyable. The price was reasonable and well worth what you paid for.
Since we were staying several days, it was REALLY nice to have a couch in the room. I don’t like rooms where the only place to sit down is an uncomfortable chair or a bed. We really enjoyed the king suite.
They had free wifi, but it was kind of slow in the evenings when there were lots of people using it.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff has always been good to us. The food is good.
My only real complaint is the pool is always cold.
