Huddle House

There were maybe 10 people in the restaurant and 5 people behind the counter so WHY did it take 2 hours to have my food served? My party of 3 came in with our coupons cut and knowing exactly what we wanted. The waitress messed up the order and brought us extra meat, which we did not order. When I went to check out, the cashier overcharged me. I did not notice this until she handed me the receipt. I corrected her saying we ordered exactly what was on the coupon. She told me that I would still have to pay for the food we DID NOT ORDER because if they corrected it, «we will get in trouble,» meaning the owner would discipline them for THEIR MISTAKE. I contacted Huddle House corporate and have yet to hear back. For the 2.5 hours I was in the restaurant, I heard nothing but complaints from other patrons as well. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
