There were maybe 10 people in the restaurant and 5 people behind the counter so WHY did it take 2 hours to have my food served? My party of 3 came in with our coupons cut and knowing exactly what we wanted. The waitress messed up the order and brought us extra meat, which we did not order. When I went to check out, the cashier overcharged me. I did not notice this until she handed me the receipt. I corrected her saying we ordered exactly what was on the coupon. She told me that I would still have to pay for the food we DIDNOTORDER because if they corrected it, «we will get in trouble,» meaning the owner would discipline them for THEIRMISTAKE. I contacted Huddle House corporate and have yet to hear back. For the 2.5 hours I was in the restaurant, I heard nothing but complaints from other patrons as well. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
