Service and installation were great. My problem is with the quality of the Mohawk engineered hardwood floors I bought. I had read that prefinished hardwood floors are more durable due to the factory finish applied. Well, these Mohawk hardwoods already have numerous nicks– way more than my previous homes on-​site finished hardwood floors. Also, they have this low sheen that is IMPOSSIBlE to keep clean looking. I think the top finish is too soft. I would NOT recommend Mohawk engineered floors. This, after spending $ 12,000 for them. Would not use or recommend Mohawk hardwoods.
