Bought a Chevy Pickup from them. Very friendly and no BS. The truck had a couple things wrong with it and they fixed it with no problems at all. Excellent garage and straight forward and honest. I would not hesitate to buy from them again! It’s nice to find some honest people who deal with you without any BS. Highly recommended!

This guy and his kid are the biggest scammers in the world. I bought a car in January from his lot, paid half in upfront in cash. 2 days after driving it off the lot., the check engine light comes on and as I’m approaching the date of my inspection I bring it back to have him fix it under the warranty. He «fixes» it and 5 days later it’s back on again. I bring it back for a second time and when I pick it up at 5 o clock, I’m not even far enough down the road to have his garage out of my rear view and it’s back on again. The third time (granted by now I’m stuck bringing it to him under warranty and can’t afford another mechanic which is what i desperately need) it comes on again after two weeks. The fourth and final time, he calls me and says he had to bring it to his friends garage in Dracut to have it fixed because he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it. Yup, a mechanic who doesn’t know how to fix cars. When I brought it to the inspection, obviously not at his garage, I am told by the mechanic at BP in Salem that the shocks are almost worn to nothing, the brakes need to be redone and there’s 300 dollars of body rot underneath, so on top of the 3K I paid for the car I had to spend another 1200 to get it fixed just so I could drive it and since the warranty was up. Jim at BP told me whoever passed the car as Old Rock did with the first inspection should have the state revoke his ability to do so. I’ll take my lumps for not being the best car buyer in the world, but Old Rock is completely inept, dishonest, and a total crook and cheat, a reputation he has that I learned about only after my fiasco. I’m sharing this is hopes of saving someone else the time, expense and frustration these guys put me through. Please do not waste your time here.
