Tannah’s Nails

Walked in at 630 on a Friday night, door wide open and its Nov so very inviting in my mind. Asked to get a gel manicure and although No customers in shop they denied because they close at 7…, most nail salons stop taking people at their closing time … Especially if slow like it for sure was. I went out of my way to come here and will make sure I go out of my way never to come back. Turn your open sign off if you’re not taking customers …

I am a previous customer of Gigi nails– which has been closed for more than a month for some reason. This place is run by the previous manager of Gigi nails and holds to the same standards. Clean, same prices, massage, cold and hot well being pedicures! Many of the staff from Gigi work there now too. Thank god I found a replacement place! So happy with my nails today! Thanks Steven!!!

I used to go to Tannah’s sister salon, Gigi Nails. But it’s always busy and you MUST have an appointment. So I usually end up down the road at Tannah’s.
It’s a comfortable and serene environment with very accommodating staff. I always receive a complimentary chair message while I get my nails done. This is the only place I go for gel manicures. Perfection.

Amazing! I just moved to the neighborhood and this place had three star average so I was a little worried but it was the highest around. Wow, I’ve been to nail places all over the city by far the best place I’ve been ever. The balance between quality service and value is amazing!

Don’t go if you want others to go ahead of you… walk ins not welcomed as they had claimed on the phone. I called ahead and came in. I was told a 30 minute wait, so I waited. Then, about 25 minutes later another customer walked in. That customer was taken before me, with the attendant saying, «a few more minutes.» There were only two attendants working, so «a few» meant another 30 minutes. I left.

Love this place. They have a great Monday/​Tuesday $ 20 manicure/​pedicure special, the least expensive in the area. Not only do they have great pricing ($ 40 for full leg wax!), all employees are extremely thorough and meticulous with your manicure or wax. Employees are extremely polite and friendly too! I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I went in on a Wednesday right before they were closing because they offer a $ 20 mani/​pedi Monday through Wednesday. Despite walking in right at close, the ladies at the salon welcomed me in and ushered me to a seat. They were gracious about the late arrival and assured me that they were in no rush to get me out of there. Service was wonderful. The manicure itself chipped rather quickly, though that is always my fate with non-​gel manicures. They were kind enough to recommend a different polish color after painting a nail and suggesting that perhaps it wasn’t the right shade for my skin.
I moved out of the area, but would go back if I was in town. For $ 20, the mani/​pedi was a great deal, for the customer service alone.
