Trugreen Chemlawn

If I could give zero stars I would. Just bought a home in January and began service to the lawn immediately because that was when the trugreen treatment plan began. I was told they would call to let me know they were coming. That never happened. I have 3 acres and about 1 of it was flooded so I know they couldn’t have done that but they charged me for it anyway. Weeds began popping up and I called because they have a «guarantee». Was told they would come back out to retreat. Didn’t show up. Called again. They came an retreated. Few weeks later, more weeds than before. Came a retreated again. Last time they came out, once again after a no-​show appointment, they started to spray and realized it was killing spots in the lawn. They said that it was a different type of grass than he thought and would be back within 2 weeks with the right product. Didn’t show again! Now after 5 months with the company I have crabgrass and 3 acres of weeds. Cancelled service.

We have used them for years… negotiate for best price…

Even after countless times telling them I had a garden (I even called them) they went and sprayed it. Now months worth of labor is ruined.
