Server Brittney was great. She is very attentive and does regular checks to make sure that everything is ok. The food is the cause of the 3 star. The grits had been sitting in the bowl for so long that there was more«film» than grits and they were cold. And of course an over medium egg is difficult to cook.

Not the best Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to, but also not the worst. The service was good– fast and friendly, but the food wasn’t the best. The chicken fried chicken tasted chalky and straight from a freezer. The dressing was crumbly and dry. The green beans were easily the best thing on my plate.

I love Cracker Barrel but this place is sad. We came here two days on a row while stating in town and the wait staff seemed miserable. No coffee refills either time and they threw the creamers on the table. We will not come back

We met up with about 25 family members on a Wednesday night. I ordered chicken and dumplings with Mac & cheese and cooked apples. Had plenty to eat. dumplings were done had plenty of meat. Mac & cheese was very cheesy. Apples were alright, could have been cooked more. My husband ordered dumplings along with pintos, hash brown casserole and broccoli casserole. The pintos were good, just a small serving. Both casseroles were dried out around the edges. I guess they had sat too long in the pan since they were cooked. His dumplings were good also. Biscuits were very dry. Cornbread could have been warmer. Butter could have been warmer. It was so cold it tore the bread when you tried to spread it on the biscuits as well as on the cornbread. Cracker barrel is ok, reasonably priced, just not my first choice on where to eat.

It’s a chain so you know what you are getting… but the new multi-grain pancakes are the best. This location is clean + not very crowded for a Sunday at lunch. As for dessert: the sugar free apple pie or the parfait are to die for. I mean, don’t die. It’s a desserty figure of speech.
