My husbands car wouldn’t start at work and it needed a jump, he comes home and we go as a family to get his car checked here at our local Auto Parts. He goes inside to grab someone to assist us, a young boy comes out around 20 or 21, he checks the battery and the alternator, then telling us they are both fine and we have nothing to worry about.
So we head home and wait to see how the car acts the next day.
My husband again had the same issues he had the day before yesterday. After work he gets me and we go AGAIN, to have it tested but by a different young man in hopes that the other kid just didn’t know what he was doing. This other young man that helped us yesterday evening then tested the car and told us our alternator was going bad. So I decide to call a family member that works at a dealership to see if he could take the car in for us and check things out, get our alternator fixed since this young man swore that was the issue.
When I arrive at the dealership he tests the car, and it’s not the alternator it’s working in great condition. The battery was DEAD. I went to this store that promises great service and their «free» diagnostic of your car TWICE for absolutely no reason because both days, I was stuck with two idiots that must know nothing about their jobs!
If you come up with any car issues don’t trust this place try literally anywhere else, the jiffy lube does great work. Biggest waste of time, save yourself the hassle.

I waited a little while, but they came through with very good customer service on a battery warranty issue. I was very satisfied.
