Great fast service! Came in to get a new tire for my bicycle and where in and our in less than 15 min. In addition, they had a great selection of bikes & bike gear and the employees where friendly. Great bike shop!

I have used this bike shop for the last two years. They are knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and will try their best to help you. If you want training, they have classes, if you want a social group, show up for the Saturday morning rides.
I have learned how to ride more efficiently and courteously because of Alligator’s Cycling.
Try them out and see what I mean.

This is the best bike shop in South Florida, Period. Purchased a bike and many accessories. The prices are INCREDIBLY fare for what you are paying for and the quality of service is superior to any other shop. Employees are extremely professional and patient to answer all of your questions. All bikes come with two tune-​ups included within the first year. I will update the review after experiencing this in the coming weeks.

I purchased my bike here in December of 2013 and was very pleased. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. You can tell this is something they are passionate about, and it reflects in their customer service. A few months later, I returned for a tune-​up and they took great care of me and my bike.
Almost a year after purchase, my bike chain was clipped and my bike stolen. I returned to the shop to get a new bike, and again, was not disappointed.

I came here after I ran over a nail on my beach cruiser. :(The employee who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He taught my husband and I how to replace the tube in my tire, and set us up with the tools we needed to do it. He also let us know about great places in the area to ride!
If you need help with you bike, or need to purchase a new one, these people know their stuff! I’m so glad I found this place.

This biking store is amazing! I have gone in two times for miscellaneous issues that have happened on my bike and they helped me, or fixed it and did not charge me a thing. I have taken my bike to them for other repairs and add ons and go in and ask questions and get answers and five star service. I can not say enough about them. When I have taken my bike in for doctoring, each time I can pick up the bike by the end of the day. I LOVE them and would not take my bike anywhere else. If someone is going to be a serious biker– I would definitely recommend they buy or consider buying their bike there.

Victor and Jade are very knowledgeable about bikes and are always willing to help. I love going into the shop because they’re always friendly and have smiles on their faces. The prices are amazing and so is the service.
