Bob is one of the last PROFESSIONALS in a world where Customer Service is practically gone. Is so refreshing to deal with someone, that not only knows what he is doing, but listens to the customer and puts him first. Bob comes back quick if you need him; gets to the bottom of your problem ASAP. He coaches you if you need it. Extremely friendly and mindful of your time. One of the most honest and considerate business person I have seen.
I wish every person I deal with for services was like Bob Basaria.
I am not one to go into these places to do this kind of reviews. However, I believe Bob deserves it.
