Beautiful U Salon & Spa

The place itself is actually a nail salon. There are two rooms towards the back of the salon and that’s where the facials and waxing take place. It was a no frills environment. No spa music while I got my facial. Just a loud ass Cuban gossiping with her friend while she got her nails did. Lol.
Raj did my facial and she was great! She’s very sweet and cleaned my face right up which is why I’m kinda torn giving 3 stars. It’s more 3.5 STARS. My deep cleansing facial, which it states on their website is 45 minutes, was actually 30 minutes by the time she finished.
As much as I liked the service, no one likes being cheated of their time. I did have a groupon but that still doesn’t justify it. I still wouldn’t cross them off your list as like I said, Raj was great. Maybe just pay full price when you go?

I love the eyebrow threading by Raj… and waxing was awesome and i felt my skin to be smooth… i love this salon and would like to come back again…

I went today and got my eyebrows done with Raj. She was extremely nice and very adept at doing eyebrows. Normally threading hurts me quite a bit but today it was pretty much painless. Would definitely recommend.

I found this salon in groupon. I purchased the groupon and called them on the phone number listed. Spoke to a Spanish lady who confirmed the day and time. When I got to my appointment, the lady said she didn’t remember speaking with me and agreeing to the appointment. She said I must have called another salon. I showed her on my phone the number I called. The owner of the salon confirmed it was the hairdresser’s cell number. Being it was New Year’s Eve, I was in a bind since I had plans for the evening. The hairdresser said she would agree to do my hair. But, I had to wait at least 4 to 5 hours till she was finished and I had to pay full price because she will NOT accept the groupon. Luckily, the owner was very accommodating and very ashamed of the hairdresser’s actions and spoke to another hairdresser (Dominican lady-can’t remember her name) who did take care of me and did a great job. Consumers be aware of the groupon deal going on now with Beautiful U. The phone number listed is: +17 863 068 534. The rude hairdresser’s name is COOKY. I will never go back to this place again, unless «Cooky» is no longer there.

I stopped in and asked if there was someone available for eyebrow waxing. Service was fast without waiting. The place was basic but signs were posted with pricing and it seemed clean. Everything went downhill from there. When told to lay back she started threading. I instantly said I asked for wax. She said «Sorry but threading will be better». The end result was okay. I paid, gave a tip but will not go back. Sorry, I’m not looking for someone else to decide what service I should have.

Just got a facial with Raj and it was awesome! She does a great job and was very thorough. Small but busy and very friendly from the moment I arrived. I will definitely be returning!
